EXCELLENT stay near Vodafone HQ
friendly staff fantastic meal delicious dish separate shower
the receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant provides fantastic meals. i enjoyed the outside BBQ area where the chefs cooked delicious dishes. the executive room was clean and included a separate shower and a large bath tub.
the hotel is a little outdated and could use some modernizing features in the rooms. some carpets are stained and curtains need replacement. i hope they address these minor issues soon.

A Fine Visit, Indeed
electric charging culinary experience
Location near the M4 proved very convenient and there was plenty of parking available with electric charging points. The suite offered lots of space and everything looked clean and recently refurbished, a pleasant surprise. The restaurant stood out. The food was amazing, a good culinary experience I'd certainly recommend to others..
The bar service could use some improvement. There was a service charge, yet the initial cocktail order was incorrect. I received gin and prosecco in a glass instead of the proper ingredients, causing a slight inconvenience.

the hotel provided a very good service. the staff was cute. the location allowed me to conduct meetings. the room provided was also excellent.
the breakfast area lacked cleanliness and food was spilled. i noticed this early in the morning.

m4 access electric charging
the location is convenient with quick m4 access and ample parking including electric charging points. the suite had plenty of space, cleanliness, and recent refurbishment as did the hotel, restaurant, and bar. i found the food amazing and highly recommend visiting for this reason alone.
i arrived early and could not check in. the reception said they had no rooms. they did not offer checking in early with an extra fee.

great swimming pool separate shower soft towels
i had a really good time . the spa was very enjoyable with a great swimming pool. the executive room was very clean and had a separate shower plus a large bathtub with soft towels. the staff were friendly at reception.
i found that the tv settings were loud. i could not adjust these settings. this was a bit of a problem at night.
